The Construction Confidence Indices continue to rise, indicating expectations of growth over the next six months, despite many projects being hindered by the rising costs of materials, lags in the supply chain, and inflation. Any of these factors can create longer construction schedules and could lead to the delay of projects getting mobilized. Plus, in some markets, the overall volatility of the economy and labor shortages continue to be an issue.
