The Rocky Mountain Business Unit’s Special Projects Group awarded the York Space System Phase II and III Office TI project in Denver. York is a Denver-based aerospace company dedicated to the rapid production of complete mission-ready spacecraft platforms and satellites. York’s expansion is part of the aerospace market growth in Colorado. Located at 6060 S. Willow Drive in Greenwood Village, the East Village office building was previously renovated by Weitz in 2020. The building has been leased by York Space Systems, and this phase of construction will be to complete the tenant improvements for the 2nd and 3rd floors. The renovation includes creating new hard wall offices, open office workspaces, new conference and huddle rooms, new tenant-selected finishes, and lighting and mechanical upgrades for the building.
