Westroads Mall Food Court Relocation

This project was for the conversion of existing mall tenant spaces into a new food court with seven tenant spaces. Exterior wall assemblies included insulated metal wall panel, stone veneer and EIFS. Weitz demolished existing tenants and created the shell for a new food court, which included raising an area of the existing roof and creating a large clerestory roof.
