To the South, there is an existing hotel; To the North, Layton Avenue roadway; To the East, South Quebec Street and the Belleview RTD Light Rail Station; And to the West South Olive Street roadway. The Class A office development project entails a new nine-story, mixed-use office building of approximately 129,800 gross square feet (GSF) which includes; retail at the ground level, four levels of parking structure above the retail, and office use for the top floors (6-9 floors).
