Scottsdale, AZThe TOMSCOT is a two-building, luxury apartment community located just south of the City of Scottsdale’s upscale shopping and entertainment district. Each of the studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom units include high-end finishes, including quartz countertops; stainless steel energy efficient appliances; two-tone custom cabinetry; wall-to-wall luxury wood grain flooring; and smart phone keyless entry.
The community amenities include two resort-style pool decks with a spa and wading pool; two-story fitness center; barbecues; clubhouse with full kitchen; golf simulator; dog park; shuffleboard; bocce ball court; and 334-spaces of underground parking. The main level units are designated as live-work space for residents.
The Weitz Company also built a separate maintenance and storage building on the property. The project meets International Green Construction Code requirements as modified for the city’s Green Building Program.
