Shell Point Tower One – Vista Cay

Shell Point Tower One – Vista Cay is the first project to begin construction as part of Phase I of the retirement communities master plan. The 14-story Independent Living (IL) Tower consists of an 87,046 SF, two-story parking podium and a 180,365 SF, 12-story tower rising above the garage, containing 58 IL units. 

The tower consists of loft apartments on the lower floors, typical apartment layouts on the mid floors, and penthouse apartments on the upper floors. The apartments are arranged around a common core with living spaces and balconies oriented for river and sea views. The first occupied floor also contains an amenity space which includes a social room, bathrooms, a catering pantry, and outside terraces. The parking podium contains a drop-off which functions as the front door for both people and cars. The paved vegetated rooftop of the podium provides expanded patios/terraces for loft residents at the first floor as well as visual interest to residents above.
