Residence Inn by Marriott

This northeast Phoenix hotel follows a long-standing Mayo Clinic tradition of Marriott Hotels on campuses for the convenience of patients and their families. This Residence Inn stands six-stories high and provides 208 rooms over 130,000 square feet. It is a Tunnel Form Structure composed of a poured-in-place concrete foundation with a post-tensioned cast-in-place frame, an EIFS (exterior insulated finish system) skin, and spray foam over a post-tensioned cast-in-place concrete deck roof. Amenities include restaurant, fitness center, outdoor pool, and conference space. This project was voted “Marriott’s Best Project of the Year” by the Marriott International, Inc.
