Quail Ridge Country Club

The new Quail Ridge clubhouse includes five dining rooms, an indoor-outdoor grille room, two outdoor dining patios, a commercial kitchen, a spacious lobby, a library, new locker rooms, a pro shop, and a champions sports hall for displaying historical club memorabilia.

To ensure that the club’s golf and tennis amenities would stay in continuous operation throughout construction, Weitz and Quail Ridge conducted extensive preconstruction planning. Logistical decisions included rerouting a golf cart path twice and building the new golf cart storage facility early in the project. That provided a safe and separate construction area for the new clubhouse and allowed all golf activities to continue uninterrupted during construction.
