Paradise Valley Medical Plaza

This Class A medical office building was built on the existing Paradise Valley Hospital Campus. The structure’s inner core, elevator, and inner stairwells are constructed of pre-cast concrete tilt panels, with a structural steel skeleton. The exterior skin includes a metal-stud frame with EIFS and masonry accents. The interior is finished with terrazzo flooring throughout and boasts high-end finishes such as Italian tile, domed ceilings, lavish wall coverings, and a decorative 5-story glass curtain wall that provides the building with the calming presence of naturally filtered light. In addition to the core and shell, Weitz also performed several tenant improvement build-outs ranging from 2,000-20,000 square feet in size including Central Arizona Urologists, Valley Surgical Clinics, Desert Canyon Pediatrics, and Cardiovascular Consultants.
