Colorado School of Mines Residence Hall VII

Residence Hall VII is an 800-bed student housing project for the University. It will house sophomores and include typical student housing amenities such as dining, recreation, wellness spaces, and study spaces. This is a fast-track project, where we will be released in multiple early bid packages, starting with design development. This project plays a major part of the Vision 100 campus plan by further solving the campus’s housing deficit.
