ChildServe Therapy Addition

In order to expand their services to children and families, ChildServe added a 63,245-square-foot therapy addition to its existing space in Johnston, Iowa. The administrative offices and shared services departments moved to the third floor of the new space, opening more space on the first floor for children and family use. The second floor of the addition is being reserved for future growth.

The addition doubled the outpatient therapy and clinic space, bringing it to 42,000 square feet. The new space also provided an expanded welcome center; new treatment space for therapy; physician services; specialty clinics and two-story, state-of-the art therapy gym that has a zip line, sensory gym, larger dedicated area for orthotics expansion and durable medical equipment. Families will benefit from the observation corridors, new waiting room and resource library as well.
