Carroll Center Expansion at Glenridge on Palmer Ranch

This project is the skilled nursing expansion to the Glenridge at Palmer Ranch CCRC that Weitz originally built in 2005. The scope included constructing two 14-unit skilled nursing neighborhoods, decommissioning eight residential units, adding dining and office space, new kitchen equipment and the expansion of the clinic areas. This covers approximately 12,000 SF of new construction and 5,000 SF of renovations.
