Beach Club Project

This project replaced an aging beachfront recreation compound used exclusively by club members. The new Beach Club includes six new structures situated east of the Coastal Construction Control Line in a coastal environment resting on deep foundations. Two of the structures have basements designed for frangible walls.

New structures include the main Beach Club building containing indoor and outdoor dining; a bar; commercial kitchen; card room and tented Palm Court in the center for social events; open-roof structure with individual changing rooms; snack bar; fitness center with aerobics and Pilates rooms, locker rooms and beach shop; excerise building with free weights, treadmills and physical therapy area; and spa with massage and facial rooms, lounge area and restrooms.
