Winner of a prestigious Motorola/AGC Build America award, this 54-story office building was completed in record time due to innovative scheduling and construction techniques. A slipformed concrete core allowed simultaneous erection of elevator, structural steel and precast spandrel panels. Twelve floors of finished space were turned over to the key tenant just 19 months after site work was started.
