Park West Completion

With the Texas A&M University System and Dallas-based developer Servitas, The Weitz Company built the largest student housing development ever constructed in the United States under a Public-Private Partnership. It only took two years to complete the 50-acre, 15-building, 2.2-million-square-foot project in College Station, Texas.
