I am proud to work for a company that not only shapes the community where we were founded, but also where I live. Through our work, we’ve helped build much of the Des Moines landscape while giving back to the community that has supported us.

Since 1855, customer advocacy has been a cornerstone of Weitz’s mission and is a key reason a significant portion of our business comes from repeat clientele. This is evident in the long-term partnerships we have developed with our customers over the years.

I lived in the northeastern region of Spain for five months, known as the Basque Country, where I learned some of the indigenous Basque language – an ancient dialect most people aren’t aware of today.
