This project involves site civil, utility instalation including High Voltage Electrical, Water, Sewer and Storm Drain. Also included in the utility package was all ship shore electrical and on pier lighting. Watts also rebuilt a Historic Warehouse, Building 184, that was located on the site. Site civil work included grading roads, paving and concrete work. This project supported the water side reconstruction of a NOAA support pier.
